NJ Caine Architecture principal Neal-James Stufano is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and is licensed in the states of New York, Connecticut, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Wyoming.
Working for MacAndrews and Forbes as their primary in-house architect for over a decade, he designed high-end interiors for the company and the CEO’s personal residences. There, he was exposed to the design aesthetics, budgets, and trades of the world of high-end residential architecture. Having acquired these experiences, Stufano built a team of expert architects and designers. With projects in New York City, the Hamptons, Centre Island, Greenwich, Connecticut, Palm Beach, Bel Air, and Wyoming, NJ Caine Architecture designs homes that elevate the everyday and bring elegance and luxury to life.

OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES
Above and beyond the normal scope of Architectural Construction Administration, NJ Caine Architecture may also be hired directly as an Owner’s Representative that oversees a construction project on behalf of a client. As Owner’s Representatives, and as an experienced Architecture firm, we supervise the work of your Architect and Contractor, keep track of project costs, monitor adherence to the construction timeline, and provide expert advice on the design and during construction review.
As a direct representative of the client, we help monitor all related issues that our clients should be aware of, better protecting them from costly mistakes, design oversights, omissions, and issues that may prolong the construction timeline. As a Client Representative, we apply our expert knowledge to mediate the bidding and contract process, manage all consultants, contracts, and venders on the client’s behalf, and guide the property owner through the entire process.
Our responsibility as Client Representative is to be your advocate in the field, ensuring the highest quality project is delivered and making your vision a reality.
